I've recently congradulated and thanked Gene personnally for running what I believe is a a top notch business. My pet containment system has worked flawlessly (rock solid) for many years (~ 12). This performance is across two different homes, noting it was so simple to have the system moved from my old home to my new - I did this myself years ago w/ a few tips from Gene. Having recently lost my golden retriever, my old friend, we are back in the business of training a new puppy and I have to say, it's like riding a bike, so easy once you've done it.
Life w/ a pet containment system from Gene................I simply call Gene when I notice the flashing red light on my dogs collars, Gene ships a few new batteries, I pop them in, and the luxury of knowing my 2 dogs can play outside together within our property lines goes on uninterupted.
